WOW! Our kids had no idea this was fish oil!

We’re incredibly impressed! Buying fish oil for kids feels like a massive gamble. Usually the taste, and aftertaste in the burps, are so off-putting that we barely get one spoonful in their mouths. This required absolutely no bribes or talking into the next day! So relieved to find an omega-3 oil for our kids that they actually enjoy. Highly recommend!

Definitely Recommended.

My child loves the lemony taste of the fish oil. I love it because he never complains about taking it and it has more DHA than the other Kid's product, I have seen

Contains tuna oil, we will use this for adults rather than children

This “kids omega-3” as is displayed prominently on the label is sourced from cod liver, tuna, anchovy, sardine, and mackerel, in that order on the ingredient list. This is very neutral in taste, perfectly balanced with lemon, easy to swallow, and no fishy aftertaste. I though it might be a good introduction to fish oil for the grandchildren, but I am inclined now to use this for adults only. There is a warning on the bottle to consult a physician before incorporating this into your daily routine. I work in health care and asked a doctor about it at work. He noted the tuna oil and asked if it had been tested for mercury. I couldn’t find anything stating that, so he suggest adults only, no more than 2 to 3 servings per week. So we will use this, but not for our grandchildren.

Have any questions?

  • All
  • Consumption
  • Yes! Look for Omega-3 products with plenty of DHA. DHA is critical to the brain and eye development of children. This is why you see infant formula fortified with DHA, and why many pregnant and breastfeeding women are encouraged by their doctors to take it. So, whether you are pregnant or blessed with a toddler, Omega-3s are an excellent choice!
